On Friday 23rd November, the Inland Homes Queensgate development in Farnborough welcomed more residents to it's community, with both First Time Buyers and Investors picking up the keys to their new 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.
Amongst the latest group of new homeowners was a lovely young couple, First Time Buyers Lee and Hannah, who were making their first move onto the property ladder and had found their perfect home at Queensgate. An excited Hannah arrived to collect the keys from the Marketing Suite and as she followed Sales Adviser Cheryl to her front door, she was completely unaware of what was awaiting her inside.
Lee had romantically contacted the Inland Homes team prior to the completion date and had requested their assistance, as he was planning to propose to Hannah when they first walked in to their new home. The Inland Homes and Queensgate team arranged a photographer and videographer to capture the special moment and on the day decorated the couples apartment with balloons, flowers and champagne, with the ring placed on a beautiful new coffee table that the couple had bought for their first home.
The proposal couldn't have gone better. An emotional Hannah joyfully said yes to Lee, who was traditionally down on one knee, and then the couple celebrated with family and friends who had joined them for this special occasion, before unloading a van full of their belongings into their new home, ready to start their new life together.
The excitement of the event left the Inland Homes team delighted. Vicki Noon, Sales and Marketing Director said 'This is the first proposal we have had during a completion and it was excellent to be a part of.
