Help to Buy
Think you can’t afford a fabulous new Inland home? The Help to Buy: Equity Loan could make you think again!* This government scheme is available on new-build properties for first-time buyers looking to make their move onto the property ladder.
You pay a 5% cash deposit and the government will provide you an equity loan of up to 20% (40% for London), interest free for the first 5 years of the loan. You will require a mortgage to fund the balance. It’s a great scheme to help you get further up the property ladder and own the home you really want.
Help to Buy is available on most homes at Templar Green, Cressing, meaning an equity loan is available up to 20%. The London Help to Buy scheme is also available on all homes at Randalls, Uxbridge, meaning an equity loan of up to 40% is available.
